The Guest Agreement

The Truth Contract.

Four lines. Every guest signs. No exemptions. The structural guarantee that makes every Founder Forecast conversation irreducible.

The Truth Contract is why Founder Forecast sounds different from every other business interview podcast. It is not a stylistic commitment. It is not a hope. It is a signed four-line agreement between Gemma Serenity Gorokhoff and every guest — who appears free of charge on editorial merit alone. Created to structurally guarantee that every 88-minute broadcast contains content that cannot be found anywhere else for at least thirty days.

The Four Lines

The contract, in full.

Each line addresses a specific failure mode of conventional interview podcasts. Together they produce editorial conditions that no other show replicates.

Universal · Every Guest · Free To Appear

The Truth Contract

Signed by every guest before every Founder Forecast broadcast.

I
One previously undisclosed story

A decision, pivot, near-miss, structural inflection point, or formative moment from your business arc that you have not shared publicly in any interview, podcast, blog, article, keynote, or other public forum prior to this appearance. The story is what makes the episode irreducible. Material shared privately — with clients, in DMs, in paid mastermind settings — is not disqualifying, but broadcast-public material is.

II
Thirty days of exclusivity

You agree not to share the Truth Contract story in any other interview, podcast, blog, article, keynote, or public forum for thirty days following your broadcast date. After 30 days, you are free to share the story anywhere you choose. This window protects the show's editorial differentiation and the episode's performance during its most important amplification period.

III
Live-means-live.

Founder Forecast broadcasts live. No edits. No retakes. No pre-written answers. No pre-approval of questions. The 88-minute conversation is what it is, in the time it takes. You cannot request cuts, rephrasing in post, or removal of specific moments. This clause is non-negotiable for every guest — no exceptions, ever.

IV
Mutual elevation.

Both host and guest agree the conversation will be conducted in a manner that elevates both brands. No cross-promotion that undermines the other. No content subsequently used in ways that diminish either party's positioning. The conversation is a collaborative act of mutual amplification — recognized as such by both parties before the broadcast begins.

Why This Contract Exists

"Most business interview podcasts produce content the guests have already delivered elsewhere. Same stories, same scripted answers, same surface arcs. The Truth Contract is how I structurally guarantee that every Founder Forecast episode contains material that cannot be found anywhere else for at least thirty days. Editorial differentiation as contract — not as aspiration."

Implications for Guests

What signing the contract means for you.

If you are considering applying as a guest, the Truth Contract is the single most important document in your decision. It defines the shape of the conversation you are agreeing to. Three practical implications worth understanding before you submit the Guest Prequalification:

First, bring a real story. The undisclosed-story clause is strictly enforced. If your story has appeared in any other public broadcast — including YouTube videos, LinkedIn posts, Medium articles, or other podcasts — it does not qualify. Guests who attempt to repurpose publicly-delivered material are rejected at the application review stage or during pre-broadcast preparation.

Second, prepare for structural depth, not surface polish. Live-means-live means the conversation moves where Gemma takes it. Guests cannot script their answers in advance. The interview architecture reveals structural patterns through the guest's own answers — attempting to perform answers rather than produce them is immediately audible and undermines your appearance. Bring the real story and trust the format.

Third, the thirty-day window benefits you more than it constrains you. Your Founder Forecast episode will be heavily amplified by the show during the 30-day exclusivity window. Your audience hears the story from you on Founder Forecast first — with all the editorial and promotional weight of the show behind it — rather than on a smaller platform first. After 30 days, you have an amplified, produced, fully-captured broadcast of the story to repurpose across any platform you choose.

The Truth Contract is not a gate designed to filter guests out. It is the editorial infrastructure that produces the differentiation guests come to the show to receive.

The five-marker Guest Prequalification is the first step. Four or more "yes" answers and the full application opens for you. Three or fewer, and we'll show you the path back when the timing aligns.
