That means Gemma declines guests with massive platforms when the fit isn't there — and accepts guests with small audiences when the editorial substance is strong. It means a $1M revenue operator can be declined while a $200K operator with a precise pattern is accepted. Audience metrics don't carry weight here. Story depth does.
